	8/4 Friday night - Suburban Sprint, Sausal Canyon Maze-O, and Social, Oakland $6 ~3km, 8 control USOF Sprint* thru curvy streets, mansions, and staircases $6 Maze-O: 4 or 7 control Score-O mostly on trails in urban wilderness canyon, expected winning time 30 minutes Social Offerings: potluck food & drink (bring chairs!), local djs, 8:30 movie "Gymkata" Registration and starts 5pm to 7pm; Courses close at 8pm Event site: 4648 Park Blvd. @ Dolores, Oakland, 94602 Public transit: AC Transit V from San Francisco, AC Transit 15 from Oakland (stop just past Chevron station!) Parking: along Park Blvd., or alley parallel to Park Blvd.
	8/5 Saturday morning - Golden Gate Park "Tour de Fog," San Francisco $10 White, Yellow, Orange, Long Orange, and USOF Sprint* courses, $5 for second course Registration 9:30am to noon, starts 10:00 to 12:30, Courses close at 2pm Event site: Marx Meadow, Golden Gate Park Public transit: SF Muni 5 Fulton line, or find another Muni line Parking: along John F. Kennedy Drive near Marx Meadow
	8/5 Saturday evening - Urban Goat II: Dinner & a Movie, Oakland FREE 3 or 5km 7:00 Mass start "Goat" style course with mini Score-O, one skip through curvy streets, staircases, and charming neighborhoods and finish near the movie theater Dinner at Rolling Dunes (crepes and pasta, 3331 Lake Shore Ave.), 9:30 movie at majestic art-deco Grand Lake Theater (3200 Grand Ave.) Event Site, Publict Transit, Parking: same as Friday night except use AC Transit NL, transfer to 15 instead of V Evening walk back to start, unless you coordinate a car drop-off
	8/6 Sunday Morning - Joaquin Miller Park "Oakland Hills Thrills" $10 White, Yellow, Orange, Brown, Green, and USOF Sprint* courses thru runnable redwood forest, mixed forest, and park monuments, $5 for second course Social Offerings: potluck picnic, meadow picnic tables; field sports Registration 9:30am to noon, starts 10:00 to 12:30, Courses close at 2pm Event Site: Joaquin Miller Park meadow Public Transit: AC Transit 15 to Zion Lutheran School, 3km walk into park Parking: along Joaquin Miller Road, near meadow site
